Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: 11/7/2026

Python Studio by Xcute the Code is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

1. Conformance Status

We aim to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user-friendly for everyone.

2. Accessibility Features

We have integrated several features to improve the accessibility of Python Studio:

  • Keyboard Navigation: We ensure that interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields, and the code editor) can be navigated using a keyboard.
  • Clear Contrast: Our dark theme is designed to provide sufficient color contrast for readability.
  • Meaningful Labels: We strive to use clear, descriptive labels for buttons (e.g., "Run Python Code" instead of just "Run" or "Submit") and ARIA labels where necessary.

3. Limitations and Future Improvements

Due to the complex nature of our browser-based code editor (Monaco Editor) and execution environment, there may be some challenges with screen reader compatibility when writing complex code. We are actively exploring ways to improve this experience.

4. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Python Studio. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, please contact us via our developer's GitHub profile.
